This project (G+1) offices and warehouse is for Patchi LLC, a leading chocolate brand in the middle-east.

The premises caught fire in September 2013 and accordingly all damaged areas were demolished (except for foundation, concrete slabs and some structural trusses) and the project was fully redesigned to best serve the client’s new production line and office requirements.

The project plot area is 6,397 sqm.
