The first automatic parking garage in the Middle East and was listed as one of the most luxurious automated garages in the world by The World’s Luxury Guide.

The car park is located next to Ibn Battuta Mall on Sheikh Zayed Highway.

The project was designed to accommodate 765 cars in a car free-standing system. With a footprint of 76mx30m, the car park has seven levels which take up just 18m in height. Furthermore, it contains 8 entry / Exit gates and services a peak traffic for 250 cars/hour.

The robotic system also addresses the growing parking problem by providing more than twice the number of parking spaces compared with a conventional car park.
